Having a game of poker at home can mean many different things and do many things for you socially as well as mentally as we are concerning our party with a base of poker. This game is all about poker, but it does involve being social, so that is the point I was trying to make.
Why Host a Poker Game at Your House
Why would you throw a home poker game? Well, maybe you have been wanting to play in one of your buddies' poker games, but it just always seems like there is never an extra spot for you at the table so you plan on throwing a game at home so you play a bit of poker at home.
Maybe you have gone into a small business with your friends holding games in a round robin style, playing here and then there, not to confuse the police but to continually hold the event in new spot all the time.
Personally, I would hold a home poker game because I enjoy the intimacy of a small poker game, without going to the casinos or having to sit all night in front of your computer playing in the online poker rooms. I find this more satisfying and a much more pleasurable experience playing at home.
